Christmas and NewYears happened, I've been working a lot, we've found a daycare for Charlotte and are in the process of slowly transitioning her to being there while we are at work.
Anyway.. here are some pictures, and a video that show some events from the month!
Cheeky little girl!
She loves her Sing-a-ma-jigs.. new little annoying toys! (but secretly very fun!)
her new car!! she loves it!
here she is with cute pigtails (which she pulled out 2 seconds later!)
Swinging!
Yummy homemade cookies from grandma!
here's a video :)
Here I am in my new sled! Mummy and Daddy were snowshoeing!
Poppy Daddy and Charlotte!
Sledding on a tiny hill across the street from my parents house!
here's a video!
my FAVOURITE toy- Mummy's purse!
all bundled
and... grandma takes me to starbucks for fancy warm milk while she has her cappacino! :)
Charlotte began walking last week! she's been pretty close for a while now.. this video shows the first night she began walking a little! I don't know who is more excited- her or her daddy! It's so wonderful to have such a wonderful husband who is such a wonderful daddy! Charlotte, Noah and I are very lucky!
(remember to pause the blog music at the bottom so you can hear the video!)
Charlotte can walk really well now- she is practically running, and she loves it! I'm so proud of her!
Some days lately have been hard- I've been working- and sometimes I feel like I miss so much. I don't want to miss anything. Charlotte is so precious- as every life is. Her happiness is mine.
Luckily- she is happy. So even with the horrible grief that comes with the death of her brother, and that will continue to persist for the rest of my lives-- we are happy. We have each other and have found a way to be happy with what we have. Sad for what we have lost, but happy for what we have and have had. Perfect-No, Happy-Yes!
